We bought this refrigerator because it has a large freezer drawer and it has an ice maker. let's just say that the ice maker machine has a faulty motor/computer. The repair technician admitted that Samsung is aware of this and is not recalling it's units.

icemaker is garbage. came on one service call, replaced board and turned water pressure down, said it was too high. still had problems, another service call, replaced the entire left door, said flap was letting in warm air causing it to freeze up. still freezes up, i have to chip ice out from area around bucket regularly. now its completely stopped making ice, and if course its out of warranty.

i am so frustrated with this fridge, i cannot even be in my kitchen. the noise is constant; sounds like it is going to blow up. i just want to cry. this should not happen to a fridge this expensive when i have not even had it for a year.
this is the second time i had to contact for service in under one year.

Refrigerator was installed as part of a total kitchen remodel and began using 6 months ago. I love having the bottom freezer with sliding drawer. Great capacity in freezer and refrigerator. I wish it has a separate ice container in addition to the indoor ice dispenser.

I bought this about a month ago from Nebraska Furniture Mart. It was reasonably priced and works great. It has just the right amount of space and shelving. The one cons are the ice maker is a little loud and the pull out drawer sticks a little and comes off the track easily.

i'm new to the french door style. $2k is a lot though, so i expect an actual fingerprint resistant finish which i did not get. it shows everything, streaks from cleaning, smudges and fingerprints. the water dispenser shoots at an angle, not sure why. the water is not very cold. otherwise, we are happy with it.

Samsung has the right design for my household. Shelves and door storage are exactly what we need. The bottom freezer is excellent and hold plenty of food. The internal drawer keeps small items isolated and easy to get to.

I have had this refrigerator for about 6 months now. I have been happy with the features and function of it. I do have one issue; if i use the ice dispenser for too long (fill an ice bucket) the ice gets stuck in the chute. It causes a mess more than anything, isnt a bad problem.

I've had this refrigerator for about 8 months now and it is really roomy. It is a good affordable French door appliance with an external icemaker and I've had no real problems with it. The only complaint has been that at times I have to make sure the door has closed as it sometimes doesn't shut all the way as easily as my old unit.

everything about this purchase was great! best fridge we've ever had! seriously disappointed when we found no light in the water/ice dispenser...after it was delivered. if we had known we would not have bought this one. specifications and descriptions we read never mentioned it. of course, after the fact i found reviews that did relate this fact. it's my fault for not doing enough homework.

good size the only thing is I wish freezer was bigger fridge was just little taller maybe I should have upgraded and went with bigger version but great fridge haven't had any issues other than I don't like the way the water connection was done on the rear hard to add secondary filter with the fitting that comes prearranged

I had this refrigerator a bit over 4 months and its worked wonderfully. Its very quiet and the inside lighting is excellent. The ice maker makes a bit of noise when it drops a tray of cubes in the bucket but that's understandable. I'm considering purchasing another for the garage.

I have been using it for 6 months now. I haven't seen issue as of now . Works as expected. After 6 months it will ask to change the filter even if the water and ice is not used regularly. Also while buying take installation also. Even if we buy parts from outside for connection it will cost around the same price of installation.
