this oven does not maintain even heat. i have had a service man test and two times now has said that the oven heats properly. however, it does not bake or keep the heat even. i will never buy another samsung product!

the product is not as good as i think. after 1 year, 2 knobs were broken. had to order a replacement from amazon. now after 2.5 years, the clock's display is flickering... the product is out of warranty. my ge before worked over 15 years with no issue.

bottom of the inside of oven appears broken cracked to all heck after initial couple uses. this looks terrible and pretty sure that surface at the bottom is not supposed to crack/break down in this way. the burners on the surface also started to discolor after the first month of having the unit looks terrible now. replaced surface elements already. samsung fridge and dishwasher have had no issue at the time of this review.

i don't write reviews. this is a nice oven for the price. but it has one irritating flaw that is unacceptable. the ignitor has to be regularly replaced. every six months or so. they are not cheap. i do the repair myself but if you had a technician do it would be very expensive. the ignitor design is clearly faulty, it should not be failing this often.

I bought the product in July, 2020. The gas range first started giving issues with its electronic panel in Feb 2021. One time the oven refused to be turned off in May, 2021. The product has a 30 days warranty and to repair the panel, would now cost more than half of what I paid for the product.

we purchased this samsung gas range nx58h5600ss august 2018 less than 3 years.
our last gas range an lg lasted 8 years without a simple problem. we should have bought another lg but w e didn't. for 4-5 months a clicking noise when we started the oven and would take a long time to get going...we thought it would magically go away well not a chance.
my wife was going to bake her famous macadamia cookies for her students but the oven does not ignite. she promised those 5 year olds cookies. so i checked the samsung reviews.. to my surprise a quite a descent amount of people commented on the oven igniter going bad. if this problem is occurring to people with 1-3 years of buying it. how is samsung fixing this problem?

biggest piece of junk ever. bought range, microwave, refrigerator and dushwasher. diswasher major failure in less than 3 years (keep in mind if we ran it once a week that was a lot). ice maker in refrigerator crap - continues to ice over and not mske ice. micro turns itself on for no apostent reason. range doesn't make anything well. simple frozen pizza doesn't crisp up. now fhe self cleaning will not work. samsumg products are total crap.

the oven is large and worked fairly well. the temperature was not accurate so i had to make adjustments to cook. for example to set it to 350 degrees i have to put in 360.
the oven is now 4 years old and the bottom of the oven is rusting. no scrubbing or harsh chemicals were ever used. my older oven was almost 30 years old before it showed signs of rusting. an appliance like this should last longer than 4 years.

All good except my stove ,is a gas range ,I bought before I built the house ,so was un the storage, when I was ready to use find out the gas valve was not working ,the fan in the oven was not working ,so I check the warranty and was already expired so the repair with your tech would be similar to buy another one so I think I have to order parts and fixed in our own

i have had this range for approximately 14 months. it has only been in use for 11 month or so due to waiting on a remodel. i went to wipe off the bottom for the first time and all the finsih is coming off. i contacted samsung and they said this is cosmetic damage and is not covered. apparently all the paint coming off is not considered a problem to them. very poor customer service in my opinion.

2 months into owning this product and we couldn't be happier. We love the burner choices and easy cleaning range top. The oven has to be one of the fastest in preheating. This was a very handsome addition to our stainless kitchen appliances.

My oven quit heating properly, no convection feature and making a whooshing sound on startup. Needed new igniter which cost nearly $200 and was told it should have lasted 10 years! Repair of convection was too costly, might as well buy a new range. Samsung would not even service the range!

This range has all the features at a price we liked. To get the options we liked such as the oven/clock controls we would have had to get a much more expensive model with the other brands. The fan option in the oven was a must have and it was there. We are well pleased.

i am not a happy customer real dissatisfied i had a kitchenaid over ten years never had to replace anything. this range i have had to buy new knobs a gas valve and igniter i need now only after less then three years. i do not recommend samsung ranges at all.

we were in need of replacing 'old faithful', a 35 year old gas stove ... after being samsung buyers for the last 10 years ourselves of other products, we took a chance on the gas range with convection stove.
not even 2 years later, the oven quite working, beeps at us constantly, none of the buttons work at all. can't even set the time on the stove. i'm very disappointed ...

After 3 years of using two knobs broken, one started gas leak, we could smell it in the house. I believe it is fixable but we don't take a risk. Decided to replace the range immediately. Moreover, the black surface on its top is a tragedy. No matter what chemicals we tried to use it's impossible to clean it.

despite getting it installed, the flame from burners are uneven and resulting in huge gas wastage. the product gets fingerprint stains and looks terrible. it needs to be cleaned. never had these issues with the old brand. appliances do not have chat and one has to wait hours for service call.. i left it. planning to return.

while the stove top works great, the rest of our experience with this oven has been horrible. within a month or two the samsung lettering came off when wiping down the oven. in less than a year all the knobs broke, to replace them with samsung knobs would have cost me $75, so i had to replace them with generic knobs that i got from amazon that have worked great! now the oven will not heat up. on the rare occasions that it does it does not heat up to the right temp so our food comes out under cooked. and to make matters worse, noone in my area services samsung products. i submitted an online repair request, i'm expecting this to cost me more than it's worth. i see a new oven in my near future, and it won't be a samsung product.

i purchased this range in nov of 2018, after 1 or 2 months the feet the grates disintegrated. now 1 and 1/2 years later the knobs are all breaking. they look as if they a completely made of metal, but the part that connects to the stove is really plastic. this is the part that gets the most wear and tear and should be made to last. very disappointed that samsung would use such cheap materials.

this is an easy to use range. it looks good and the flame is pretty even on most burners however i owned it for about three years and had to replace the igniter in the oven already. fortunately (or not), it is such a common problem that there are youtube videos to walk you through replacing the part yourself. i bought a oem igniter on amazon and replaced it in 15 minutes. it still should have lasted longer but at least i did not need to pay for a service call and labor.

we replaced a glass top range with this far superior gas range. the convection oven cooks food so evenly and the multiple size burners makes food prep a breeze. also i have recieved many compliments of how good this range looks in my kitchen. my only regret is that i didn't buy this range sooner.

Oven heats quickly and accurately. To be honest haven't tried convection. Burners work well and good assortment of sizes. First time black stove and it does show splatters, so just wipe after each use.

Have had the range now for a few weeks. I have got to say I am very pleased with the purchase. Initially, I was uncertain as I had been a specific brand user most of my life. However, the range has exceeded my expectations. Did have an issue with the oven ignitor failing. Samsung was quick to get a repair tech and we were back up and going in a short amount of time. Plan to make another Samsung appliance purchase in the near future.
