its only 4 month after paying almost $500 for this nice looking microwave to find out its a big shame for me and my kids not being able to heat up our food, now iam out of a microwave and we have to be eating cold food. its not ok, i have to contact samsung for them to take there time to send someone out to fix this microwave while we eat cold food. i need a new microwave now or my money back now so i can go and buy me a next model. please dont buy this model i see everyone as the same (5e) error.

I've always been a Samsung TV type of man. I decided to buy all my appliances from Samsung not only do I have a fridge, stove and wine cooler that's Samsung but this sleek big microwave. Great value for the price. Definitely recommend.

i purchased all new appliances from samsung for my home remodel. i have had issues with almost every single one. the first one i purchased didn't even turn on. the second one is noisy intermittently and the microwave plate gets stuck turning. my dishwasher leaked all ober my new floors and ive been waiting weeks for the repair. who didnt show and i had to call and reschedule. if lowes would let me i would return them all.

Bought this unit 2 months ago. Went through quite an exercise to choose this very promising unit. When I got it, the microwave worked great and looked fantastic. However, after just 1.5 months, the unit started displaying the dreaded "- SE -" error on the LCD which halted its use, requiring a hard reset. References to the manual, online help and calls to Samsung support eventually led to Samsung's decision to take the unit back as a fix was not available.

nice Stainless Steel finish. Buttons are on the bottom, so the microwave appears much bigger than appliance this size. Very powerful and can heat up food in much less time

Got the particular microwave because I have small kids. All of the other microwaves had the buttons on the right side, and they couldn't reach the top buttons. With this microwave, they are able to safely reach the buttons. Its very large and cleans easily. Minimal fingerprints, even with kids. The buttons are simple and easy to understand. Plus I love how it looks in my kitchen. We've had it for about 6 months. No issues.

Purchased this Microwave to match our other Stainless Samsung Appliances. Great Modern design, and the controls are easy to use. We did have an issue with the display going out, but Samsung support was awesome to work with and they were able to resolve it under warranty. The Design and ease of use with the preprogrammed, 1 push buttons, make it nice. Would buy again.
