I bought this refrigerator and within a year it started messing up leaving me to deal with endless phone calls and service appointments to get it fixed. My familys been without a fridge for over a month. Just 2-3 days after having a service member tell me there was nothing wrong with it. Turns out the compressor was extremely overheating at another service appointment I had to wait another two weeks for after being told it was fine. Lost about 200-300 dollars worth of groceries.

Id love to review the product however we never received it. The chosen final mile delivery service RXO never arrived on the date/time communicated multiple times. Then they claimed 1 they ran out of time to deliver the item 2 no one was home and finally 3 they attempted to deliver but the customer refused. We waited from 1:00 p.m. until going to bed at midnight for a delivery that was never made. Then after numerous calls to RXO never made any progress trying to get the item. RXO didnt reach out to us we had to keep pestering. Finally gave up and after 2 calls to LG customer service cancelled the order. Received an email stating that wed be refunded our purchase price 10 - 15 days after LG receives that item back from RXO. So we the customers have to wait for a credit hoping that the refrigerator will be sent back from RXO to LG after they couldnt accomplish a simple delivery. This has been the worst customer service experience weve ever had.

Have refrigerator for 2 1/2 years and had trouble cooling . had cleaned out behind and underneath frig about once a year with shop vac but wasnt enough . small side vent still had dust on it . Have extended warranty and they sent out tech . He took off back panel and vac inside side vent . also still not cooling enough after a week and he returned to replace a fan motor . Took week to show proper cooling . currently working properly but not confident in long term usability . spent $1600 on refrigerator . I can move it to clean out underneath and behind but most people wouldnt .

I purchased this refrigerator a little more than a year ago and I havent had the best experience with it. The freezer door opens when you open the door on the other side and to make it worse the refrigerator has now stopped working altogether

After about 14 months of owning this refrigerator the water line started turning itself on when no one is in the kitchen. I called Lg and they told me it was working normally. The warranty is only for one year. I will never buy another LG product customer service is awful.

I bought this two years ago worked good until it just quit working. Had to deal with the extended warranty. It took almost 3 months without a working refrigerator before they finally agreed that it was not repairable. Not to happy about that.

I bought a fridge and exactly 2 years after stops working. I called Home Depot as I bought an extended warranty. They schedule a technician for over a week after. They came out and said that it has to be fixed. We beg them to get a store credit to buy a new one as we have a family of 6. They told us no as it can be repaired. They went over and order the parts. The whole process will take over a month and we dont have another fridge.

I bought a fridge two years ago. One day to another fridge stops working. I called Home Depot as I bought an extended warranty and they scheduled a service appointment. They order the parts and will install them in probably a week or two they said. We been without a fridge for almost a month and we have a family of 6. We bed them to give us a credit so we can buy another one and they said is not possible. It has to be fixed.

Love the refrigerator it does all that we expected more Service not happy about at all. It took forever to access the service on the unit then all that was suggested was to try this and that which I had previously done per their website suggestion. I just gave up will continue to suffer with the water tasting terrible.

Its been only a week since I received the product but I like the fridge so far. It has more room than my old french door refrigerator. However the delivery process was a little frustrating. My order was not delivered on the original scheduled date. Instead it was a no show no phone call no response to my emails. I had to wait for another 3 weeks to finally receive my order. When it was getting delivered to my house the guys scratched my floor and the door.

I LOVE this refrigerator but with a thought for improvement: filling a glass w ice sounds like an avalanche of ice falling make ice shavings instead of big clumps and produce etc. drawers the upper drawer should extend out to meet or almost the bottom drawer making drawer bigger. Other than these two suggestions I am very happy with the refrigerator

I am satisfied with my purchase. I did have an issue with defrosting however I called LG and it was under warranty and they quickly sent a tech out 2 days and repaired the issue. I did not have any issue with customer service at all. So.ewhat challenging navigating to get the correct department on the phone to schedule someone to come out. All all good product and good customer service

We love it Deep shelves easy access to drawers. One thought for your consideration: the upper drawer should have been deeper and extended out to the bottom drawer for more room. Easy to clean exterior.

This is a terrible product and terrible customer service The bottom freezer glass shelf shattered on me as it has for numerous people. There are many complaints here and on YouTube but LG refuses to fix the problem. I called customer service and they recommended a replacement. I should not have to pay for another shelf when it is clearly a product defect. I have had plenty of refrigerators with a glass shelf and I never had an issue with the glass shattering. Hopefully no one gets injured when the glass shatters in their refrigerator or freezer because it is possible. Model LRSXS2706V /00

Its been working good even with temperature ranging in the 80 90 f and its very spacious.
It needs a water line to make the ice machine work
I didnt have the chance to do that and it will be alot of work in my kitchen setup
So I just wish there was a fill up tank I can just fill manually

I like opening the doors from the middle strip. Theres a lot less fingerprints on the stainless steel

Its only been a month but I love the space the ice maker and the look. It is sleek and futuristic looking.
So spacious and open and bright. Keeps everything very fresh too. I wish the door handles were higher up but I love the design. My only other issue is not having an individual place to keep butter. But I will forego those two things for having the extra space in both the freezer and fridge.

Now that I had a repair person came out and fixed refrigerator water and ice dispenser fridge is working fine they didnt work from start. Shelf for cup should have a recess area with a grate over it to catch any water that might spill out so that it doesnt run down the front and onto the floor like it does.Doors should open wider that they do.Warranty should start from time that appliance is put in use in the case of contractors having persons order appliances at start of work being done for house fires floods etc I now have a 5 month warranty period left on a 5 major appliances that I have just started using because of construction times on repair of house and when they had us buy appliances.

I purchased this stainless steel two sided LG refrigerator about10 months ago. I love the design of this refrigerator. Even though it is a two sided refrigerator it has the new design of four panels. It is sleek with out handles. It matches my handle less cabinets. It has the perfect amount of room inside to fill each side with quit a bit of food.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst refrigerator Ive ever had. Be prepared to buy bags of ice as this thing wont even produce enough ice in a 24-hour period for one person. The refrigerator gets too cold in the back and ice forms on my food. The compressor had to be replaced a few months after purchase and the ice maker worked a bit better after that but now its back to making one tray a day. The water from the dispenser has never been cold since day one. And of course the lousy one-year warranty is expired. Learn from my mistake and purchase another brand.

We purchased this a year ago for our new house. Overall its a nice refrigerator would not be big enough for a large family.
Only issue we have had was with the water filter. When we tried to change it it leaked. The second time we changed it it leaked again. We looked on google and learned about using old filter to reset the connector and that finally worked it shouldnt be that complicated though

.I bought this model because I wanted an icemaker and cold water dispenser. I bought this in August of 2022 less than a year ago The water line started leaking and after 3 phone calls I finally convinced them to send a repairman put. He put a new part on but the water was warm and the icemaker doesnt work. He ordered a compressor now and will be 5 more business days before coming back. I dont believe a less than a year old refrigerator should need a compressor. Less than happy. I doubt I win a prize for this review.

I had this for almost a year and it has been giving me problems from the freezer defrosting to it not making ice and not the fridge isnt cooling LG came out to place a part that was ordered and sprayed coolant it went out that lasted a month and now they refuse to send another technician out and give me a run around when I call. Either the tech isnt trained or no ones available in my area. Horrible customer service if I could give 0 stars I would.

It doesnt make a lot of ice keep running out.even tho it has a setting for more ice.had to have a repair man look at it. He said it is working fine but the freezer you have to keep an eye on and cant put a lot of food in the doors. over all i nice frig

I have had this in my second home and it is an excellent buy. I purchased it from Home Depot and since I had to register it and get a part etc etc. I called LG. They gave me a 1 time free part for a shelf I broke and support that was excellent in getting the paperwork and Service Contract extension done correctly. This is a very good size and comes with more bells and whistles available that I did not get but had the option to upgrade.

We bought this because the old one we had didnt have a working ice maker. While I love the looks of this refrigerator and the size the ice maker and dispenser needs work. My daughter and I both like the smaller ice chunks and this machine just doesnt make enough ice. We have it on the ice blast mode but we are still using ice trays to have enough for dinner. On top of that the ice thru the door gets jammed frequently. I removed it to clean it and found a sharpie mark on the bottom makes me wonder if the ice maker was even new. If you need ice for more than one person you might want a different ice maker.

On my third ice maker in 8 years. Plus it is a poor design n spits cubes all over inconsistent in how much ice it makes. Really is a low point in this fridge. Unreliable inconsistent spits out cubes when n where it feels like it. Now you know. Good fridge but they blew it with the ice maker.

This is my first LG refrigerator. It is quite spacious with room for everything. It holds the temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer perfectly. It also makes perfectly sized ice cubes. The water filter is very accessible.
