This range is far superior in every respect to the Frigidaire Gallery gas range I had from new in my last home. The burners are larger and maintain heat much better. The oven heats up quicker and cooks much more evenly. I couldnt be happier.

Broken from delivery. Even had it replaced due to the issues - replacement had the same factory defects. By far the worst most frustrating range Ive ever owned. Do not buy
1. Buttons dont work. LG acknowledges this as a known issue. My clock is never correct because the cook time/clock button doesnt press and neither does the start time/settings button - you can imagine that has caused some huge issues.
2. The igniter went out right after my warranty expired. This is also a known issue with this range model the repairman wasnt even surprised.
3. The board went bad soon after that. Its more expensive to fix than this trash oven is worth. It trips my breakers refuses to heat and gives me a massive headache.
If you only want a great 5-burner stove great But if you plan on using your oven ever DO NOT BUY LG. Literally Garbage

I purchased a Refrigerator which I love and a range which I am now hating. It was to be Easy Clean however that feature does not work and LG does not want to hear it. This model range which I was not aware of at the time of purchase only came with Easy Clean so now that I would like to keep clean I cannot because the feature does not work and LG cannot tell me HOW it can be CLEANED.

I replaced my existing kitchen appliances almost 2 years ago with LG products. I have to admit that I am very disappointed in the range. The oven temperature started fluctuating about 2 months ago. I went through all of the trouble shooting recommendations and nothing has worked. I will set the temp at 375 and once it indicates that it has reached the temperature it almost immediately starts to drop. The oven can go from 375 to 165 in a matter of minutes and it is impossible to get it reset properly. I have had many cakes and other baked goods ruined because of the temperature fluctuations. I called the LG customer service line and was really offered no assistance other than to call a repair person. I have used gas ranges in the past and because of my rural location I have propane gas in my home. The propane fittings were installed by a licensed plumber and things worked fairly well up until a few months ago. I am a little frustrated as I dont exactly know what the problem is. So far the dishwasher and refrigerator have worked perfectly. Of course the problems with the range started right after the warranty period ended.

I love the stove. My only disappointment is the cheap drawer at the bottom. It does not stay even and feels flimsy. The rest of the stove is perfect.

The last time I bought a new stove was in 1998. I went looking at different models and brands and the LG caught my eye. I love the blue oven and have never seen that before. I use the stove burners daily and the oven works very well. Im so glad I made the choice to go with LG. For those who dont believe you can fall in love with a stove. Yes you can. I did.

I havent had a new stove since 1998. I went from store to store trying to find a stove that I liked. Stoves have certainly come a long way since 1998. I did some kitchen remodeling and decided to buy a new stove. This LG is absolutely perfect. The color of the oven is blue which I have never seen before. The burners and the oven work well so far. I love this oven and Im glad I made the purchase.

I have only had my new stove a couple of weeks but so far I am loving it. It replaces an old one that was almost 50 years old. I havent learned how to use all of the features yet but I will. I just keep the manual handy.

We purchased a bundle of lg products refrigerator gas stove microwave and dishwasher the refrigerator stopped working after a year unrepairable the microwave display flickers and doesnt display the numbers and now our stove is doing the same thing. 2 years old what an absolute embarrassment that their coverage is only 1 year .

Display goes out after 2 years of minimal usage was warned at store about this problem `but cost of repair was under the extended warranty cost so i rolled the dice and lost. when they know its a problem you think LG would correct the issue. guess not.

We recently moved into our new house which came with a brand new LG gas range. Not sure exactly what happened but the glass cover on the oven door was damaged. We contacted LG customer service department and it was painless in that Conrad our first contact was able to order the parts which were sent directly to the house and he arranged for the service technician to make repairs. We called Customer Service to let them know the parts had arrived and service date and time were set up. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that understands what customer service is all about.

Ive had this range for 4 months and have really loved it... until 2 weeks ago when the oven stopped heating. The repair man came out and said the control board is out and has to order part. Very disappointed

I bought it about 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with my purchase. I wanted something that was easy to clean and easy for my 80-year-old father to use. He struggled with setting the oven at first. But he finally got it after I showed him a few times. I recommend it for old adults. The stove knobs are easier for him to use.

I purchased this about one month ago at Lowes. The stove is very beautiful and we were excited to use it. After a week the burner cap on started to discolor and black paint started coming off. Customer service was very helpful and provided me with a new burner cap. However we heard a popping noise and the burner cap paint was destroyed again. Very strange since we just got a new one. For now we will continue to use the stove hoping it will not affect cooking.

I was not sure about LG appliances when I started my search. I did go to reliable source to purchase and they raved about LG because of their customer service which I found to be very true. I love to bake and the oven is fantastic and my baked goods are coming out perfect. I am so very happy with my purchase. P.S I also purchased an LG refrigerator.

I bought an LG from oven from Home Depot recently but I have not been able to use it because the company has discontinued the conversion kit I need and has failed to provide a way for us to get one. This has been very frustrating and none of the LG costumer service options were fruitful. Its a beautiful range stove/oven and Im sure it would work great but sadly I have no way to use it. I only need a natural gas to propane gas conversion kit.

I moved into this recently Flipped house so it had all new appliances. I thought Awesome LG is a great brand Itll be great to have new high quality appliances instead of the ancient appliances that come with apartments belong in a landfill but geez how are they so bad? The oven rack jams every single time I slide it out AND in bc of how the slide lock is designed the buttons feel like they are going to break this is only my third time using the oven. This also goes for the microwave dishwasher which is the first dishwasher Ive had to ACTUALLY wash off the labels on my shot glass collection how is the fridge so big yet designed for little shelf space with the options they give you for shelf placement in the fridge freezer

We purchased the range approximately three weeks ago and we are very happy with the purchase. The range is both functional and modern looking and not complicated to operate. We usually prepared our own pizza and unlike the electric range we had before this gas range heated up much quicker. So far we like our gas range and have no complaints whatsoever.
