I like the oven but there are many cons. Only 2 racks instead of 3 very loud music when timer goes off or oven preheats and it stopped working all together after only 4 years. It costs $400 to fix or $800 for a brand new one. :

Oven is nice to look at but dont cook in it.

The oven has the blue inside which looks very cool. Overall make the entire stove look elegant. However. The over dont self clean itself. As a matter of fact self cleaning baked on the stain and left marks of the stain on the bottom panel which cannot be scrubbed out. Using any over cleaning or solutions discolored the blue.

We put the oven in a house we renovated. The house remained empty for 18 months. Less than a year of usewe are actually snowbirds so use was less than a year the oven stopped working. Unfortunately the warranty ran out as we did not buy extended warranty. Without that we cannot get anyone to repair it. I have called LG multiple times and they just give me the names which are very few repairman in Maine for LG and says I am on my own. My father had a house fire and I am in the process of putting in the kitchen and will not have any LG products.

I bought this in October 2019 I wish I had never bought this stove hard to clean stove top it looks like LG is not customer friendly .

grates and stove top do not hold up

I have not been happy with the grates on the stovetop as they have chipped and do not clean. I have tried to wipe down or wash with a mild detergent and they only look worse. The stop top itself is very hard to keep clean and has scratched even though I have never used anything abrasive to clean it.
