Good for 10 years but finally the dreaded TE1 error popped on. I changed the thermistor and fuse but the dryer still has the TE1 error code. Replacement control boards goes for 229$ and they are for different models but not for this model. gg

I bought my lg washer and dryer in 2019 been happy with them both Recently my dryer stopped working called LG # that was on the dryer explained what was wrong and they sent a service tech out within 3 days to fix and after he left it stopped working again tech came back to do more test and needed parts to fix he came back for a third time to fix and now it works greatIm happy with the appliances and customer service and the professionalism of the TechSteve

Stopped working before 3 year mark.

We had this dryer for 2 years and 10 months and it stopped heating. Manual and repair guides online were no help diagnosing the issue. Warranty was only 1 year. Spent over 10 hours and approximately $100 to try to repair it ourselves but replacing the few parts we could reach didnt fix it. Ended up buying a similar model from Samsung. Wont buy LG ever again.

We have had this dryer for about two years. The knob selected is very lazy or requires multiple turns to get it too switch . Also the sensor for drying doesnt work well.

Beware of burned out little fuse $$$$

Bought an LG gas dryer from Best Buy. Worked for one year until the warranty expired. Received an error code NOT listed on LG website had to pay Best Buy $350 to fix it. Broke again the following year - same little burned out part. Best Buy and LG both quoted me another $350 to fix SAME THING. Original cost was around $800 so now I am chasing a bad product trying to repair it? I am throwing the whole thing in the recycle trash.
