I ordered this vacuum mostly because it came with many attachments, extra batteries and great reviews. It did not disappoint. I use it all the time with 3 kids and a dog. I can get under furniture and in between things easily. It is light weight and I can do most of the house on 1 battery. The filters and canister are easy to get off and empty out. The attachments are easy to swap out. I've even let my older kids use it because it is light weight and rolls easily between hard floors and rugs.

I have had several stick vacuums for our LVP floors but have always felt the vacuums just blow the dirt around. Not this vacuum! It works so well! It has great suction and isn™™t too heavy. It™™s also easy to empty. I love that it came with two batteries.

I™™ve been really pleased with my new Electrolux vacuum! It™™s so pretty but also really easy to use and the hard floors attachment glides so smoothly over my floors. The stand holds all attachments easily. Battery lasts a good amount that I haven™™t been caught mid clean yet and if I do, there™™s a second battery ready. I™™m so happy I made the switch from Dyson to Electrolux. The price is so much better on my wallet too.

My Electrolux Ultimate 800 is great ! It picks up all the dog hair and leaves my floors really clean . I have pet allergies and it does a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or replace their current vacuum . Not to mention the convenience and easy it is being portable.

The vacuum works great and has lots of suction. I really like the light and not constantly having to hold a button to keep the power on. I do not like that the crevice tool is only 4.5 inches long, most other vacuums it is 12 to 13 inches long. I also do not like how emptying the dust ben is. It can be a little tricky to line everything up and a little time consuming. I do have a shark plug in vacuum that I use weekly for the entire house, so I don't have to empty to dust ben several times. I use the electrolux for touch ups and vacuuming my car.

Received this and really liked it until it became apparent that the battery on the vacuum was not charging when docked on the stand. I intended to just exchange it for a new one but the customer service experience was so difficult that I am attempting to return it. Contacted via chat, was transferred to 3 different people who asked the same questions until finally someone called Jessa authorized return for full refund and said someone would contact me to arrange pickup. Well, nobody contacted me, and in fact Electrolux sent no communication whatsoever regarding confirmation of the return. I received a pickup slip on my door stating that I had missed the pickup (that I didn't even know was scheduled), so they were cancelling it, and left no label, no tracking number. I called Electrolux this morning to simply ask for them to send me a label so I could drop it off myself at UPS. The person I spoke to flat out refused to do it, didn't even look up my order number or anything, just said nope, he wouldn't do it. I called UPS, spent 25 minutes on the phone with them until they finally were able to determine that I could use the delivery tracking from when I received the vacuum to have UPS create a return label. I also just attempted to reach Electrolux via chat, and they said they were connecting me, and they didn't. I sent in what my issue is, and I got no reply, until just now I looked and they ended the "conversation". What a joke. Again, the vacuum probably would have been great but when returning a defective product is this difficult, I will not purchase an Electrolux product ever again and would recommend others avoid them too.

I grew up with Electrolux and made my first purchase over 30 years ago with a canister vacuum ( and still going strong ), and now I purchased the Ultimate 800 for hardwood floors. Wow, this powerful beast really does the job well. It™™s quiet and the suction is strong. Battery life is decent, and it™™s comfortable to hold and maneuver. Why did I wait so long to make this purchase? It is worth every penny! Great compact and powerful vacuum. It feels like quality and it performs well.

I was obsessed with Dyson but needed to replace. Too expensive for what you get. We had an Electrolux growing up that would never die. Reading the positive reviews on website I purchased Ultimate 8 with accessory for pets. The vacuum works amazingly and the part for hard floors doesn™™t scratch and works great! Carpet attachment also works great! Very very happy with purchase and highly recommend over the Dyson

Really liking this vacuum recently purchased as new hardwoods were being installed. It has variable speeds and even low has very good suction power. Coming with 2 batteries is a big plus and pleasantly surprised to see that when on stand and plugged in, it will charge the battery on the vac first then charge the 2nd battery. My only disappointment is the stand itself, in particular the holder for the attachments. The slightest bump and it falls off as it is only held on by 2 immovable plastic bumps that barely go into the stand. Sure, it make it no tools required but a screw to hold the attachment holder would work much better. Still, very pleased with this purchase.

The vacuum is extremely well engineered and manufactured with a few exceptions. Inserting the included spare battery into the charging base on the stand does not result in any indications at all if the vacuum cleaner is on the stand. The reason for this according to the manual is that the base will not charge until the vacuum is fully charged. This is okay, but the indicator in the base needs to at least light up to let you know you have inserted the spare battery properly. It is very difficult to get aligned and full insertion takes more force than one would expect. I have ended up with an uncharged spare battery multiple times so far as a result of this. Now, I remove the vacuum from the stand prior to inserting the spare battery to enable the stand indication feedback. Then I put the vacuum back on its stand. Otherwise, the vacuum is well engineered and functions very well. The multi surface roller is a wonderful invention and does not accumulate long hair around it like traditional brushed rollers. Great design! Good power. Good work, Electrolux. Just fix the charging indication software in the base station please. Also, the manual is written in very poor English. Please have an English speaker review the verbiage rather than simply using Google Translate. Do not hesitate to purchase!

This is the best cordless vacuum ever, it has all the tools needed to clean your home top to bottom and gets in all those nooks and crannies it makes cleaning easy, I can clean the window sills and vacuum the drapes, clean the mattress & my furniture all with this one tool. Easy to operate. The auto setting adjusts to the type of flooring and power needed. Many attachments are included and with 2 power nozzles all my cleaning needs are met with a portable machine. Cleans under furniture and beds with no issue. Love that I have a spare battery charged and ready to use. No more lugging around the bulky Dyson.

At the price point, I was concerned that I'd be getting something cheaply made but this little stick vac outshines all the others I've had. It's really well made, quiet, pulls well and very light. My wife said it's the best vacuum she's used and we have 2 Mieles. The stand is great too, everything in one easy to access place and it sets in much nicer than others I've had. Buy this vac.

The filter keeps falling off everytime I dump the bin. Messing with the bin to put back on is an absolute pain in comparison to the Syson. Have to extend the stick to vacuuming and then it won't easily snap back on the stand to charge. The suction and power surpassed the Syson. The stand is clunky and wouldn't fit in my closet.

I needed to replace my cordless vacuum and decided to look at Electrolux. I grew up with the canister vacuum and then the upright. Since I don't have carpeting, I opted for the cordless one. I am still learning, but I love the power. Just discovered the telescoping option to make it taller for me. So far, very good.

I researched lots of lightweight battery powered vacuums and settled on this one. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Well-made and sturdy, but still light and easy to use, even on stair steps. Attachments are easy to interchange, reservoir for dirt is easy to detach and clean. Comes with two batteries and they charge pretty quickly. Highly recommend this item.

Have been a customer of Electrolux for at least 45 years, best in the market. Had an upright for 35 year , little maintenance , couldn™™t find another one so had to use a different brand, so dissatisfied just not the same. Found this ultimate 800 and just love it , best ever.

I am a long time user of Electrolux vacuum cleaners.This is new style for me. I like that it had a lot of cleaning power.But not easy to operate. Keeps malfunctioning I have to look up manual to fix issues that come up. Not happy about that.I wish I would have purchases canister instead. Old faithful.

The vacuum and it base were simple to get assembled and setup for use. Super powerful and quiet. I have been very impressed with the battery life and the fact it came with two batteries. We plan to get a second one now for the basement level of our home.

Overall the vacuum is great. We had tried bke keeping the attachment holder for the small brush. It takes a while to maneuver the product. It does pick up debris well and love separate devices for rugs and hard floors.

It was the first update to a vacuum in years and did lots of searching. This is hands down the best one! I have all hard floors and 2 dogs, and it does everything and more that I need it to do! Hands down one of the best vacuum purchases ever!

My wife was pretty skeptical that this "stick" style vacuum would work very well. We have both been pleasantly surprised. It actually works better than our previous canister vac (Electrolux also). We are very happy! The included extra battery is a huge benefit also!

This does exactly what it's supposed to do. When on low, there is still enough suction to do a normal job. On low, it is extremely quiet. I have one dog that does shed, and it pick up her hair easily. With two grandchildren taht are in and out all day, it easily picks up the grass they drag in. So easy to use, I use it daily with little or no effort.
