I bought this stove a couple of weeks ago, love the design, but there are two serious drawbacks. The racks in the oven are horrible, very flimsy, I hope they don't collapse with my food if too heavy, and the broiler, oh my, you have to literally get on the floor to use it, wish it was inside. Almost didn't purchase it for these reasons but couldn't afford to spend more money.

This stove is not easy to keep clean , if you spill something while cooking or baking if you don't clean immediately you won't get it off and does not have oven cleaning button

I bought this range in October. So far, I can't stand it. Grates on stovetop are heavy to move when cleaning. Broiler is on the bottom and the drawer doesn't slide out!!! Oven gets really hot! Also, I thought it was self-cleaning, and it isn't. I upgraded w/ 3 Whirlpool appliances. They look better, but I definitely should have done a LOT more homework before buying this range.

We bought this at Menards in Muncie,In Got it home hooked it up only to find one of the ignitors did not work!!Had to take it all apart n return it to get another one Ignitors all worked but front leveling leg was bent. my husband had to take plyers to fix it.The bottom plate covering burner in oven was bent and wouldn't lay flat.Again hubby had to fix it.

I bought this gas stove from Home Depot 09/21/19 When arrived it was damaged from top and bottom from one side, the guys that delivered ask me if they should take it back for another one, I could not do that I had New tenants coming in next day so they called Whirlpool and a lady offer to give me a credit of $120.00 and should arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, the guys left they just drop a new gas part on the floor I was charge $33.99 for it, they took the one that was already hooked and had no damage and the old stove that I
had agreed to pay $25.00, they also charge me $19.99 For the installation of the part they left on the floor they explained to me, they were not allowed to do this work the problem was they couldn't install the parts because of the kitchen floor been tile. I had to call a handyman to have it install cost $60.00, this is the first time I bought a Whirlpool Brand I do not know if I will do it again I think is very fragile. I have to waite on the comments of my tenants.

We have a baby and the oven gets so hot on the outside can't even bump it. So not practical. We have to be very careful our baby is nowhere near the oven during and after we use it. Model number WFG320M0BS3. Below is a pic of the outside, my gun registers this the temp coming at 450 for 30 min. Ridiculous!
