Very disappointed in product. There is a dime size hole in the front door of the stainless fridge. Apparently supposed to have some sort of plug but still ugly even if I had the plug. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a plug. Also not cooling properly. Only gets down to 40 degrees. Not cold enough for a fridge. It is in the garage but it is supposed to be garage ready. Not sure if it is garage ready yet. Warranty tech was no help. "its in a hot garage what do you expect"

Love the bins in both areas, refrigerator and freezer. Especially like the glass shelf in freezer, so much better than wire. Ample room and easy access to everything.

We haven't had the refrigerator long but it seems to be working well. Two small issues - the ice cubes stick together and the lighting inside the refrigerator is not very bright.

My other fridge..the freezer stopped working and I needed something ASAP. Home Depot had this and it was really nice and the price was right. I love it. I bought a freezer and fridge thermometer and both are working very very well. I love the stainless steel and no fingerprints. My other fridge was white. I am extremely pleased with this GE refrigerator.

My old refrigerator was having problems. I upgraded to this one. The exterior dimensions were the same, but the interior had MUCH more room! The design and high efficiency insulation makes a huge difference. My monthly electric bill has even gone down! I have never been particular about a brand... but I am now! GE from now on for me!

This fridge is replacing a 25yr old GE unit. The new one is bigger, but with how easily the doors are removed, getting it inside was easy! Lets home GE quality remains and I don't need one for another 25yrs.....

After lot of search from various local showroom, found a perfect fit for my kitchen to replace 20Y old refrigerator with GE Top Freezer one which is branded, SS stylish, No FingerPrint, Spacious & budget friendly. Ordered through online without visiting any model in showroom but it worked well. I love SS style & enormous Freezer space compared to my old 17 cuf where we usually stuff lot of things (during pandemic) & fall down every time when we open the freezer door but this one has huge space & happy to double the stuffs. Only minus is the depth which is 4-5 inch more than standard cabinet and the holy crap of huge space in between door & fridge when open fully, my little one left his hand in between multiple times, need to figure out the option to hide it. Customer Care/ Delivery was perfect as committed and I would recommend to purchase for your kitchen upgrade.

I've only had this refrigerator for a couple of days, and I purchased it sight unseen as I bought it online. The space of the refrigerator was going to go in is on the smaller side and could not accommodate a side-by-side or a French door refrigerator, so I was limited in the style and size of refrigerator. After hours of reading reviews from various manufacturers I settled on this particular model and I have to say it's absolutely beautiful for what it is. It looks really nice in the space the refrigerator is quite spacious and the freezer is absolutely massive. The only thing I could say that is a negative so far is that it does not come with the included icemaker rather you have to purchase the icemaker as an add-on and install it yourself. Which seems most refrigerators in this style are now not coming with an icemaker. I would much rather of had the option to purchase it with an icemaker.

When the Refrigerator is running it is extremely noisy. When the Icemaker fills with water, it is extremely noisy.
The springs on refrigerator door and freezer door do not allow the doors to close completely. We have to remember to close the doors.
The freezer needs to have a light.
The light in the refrigerator is not bright enough.

I am disappointed that there is no light in the freezer section and only one in the refrigerator. I do like that it has more room than my previous one, but find it sad that you are only providing a 1 year warranty. That doesn't give a customer much confidence when even the manufacturer doesn't expect it to last.

Good looking refrigerator. Haven't had it long, but so far it's been great and cools and freezes properly. If installing in a narrow space I would recommend adjusting the shelves before sliding it into its place. I did not consider that and found out after installation that the freezer and refrigerator doors open too wide for the space that it's in, and they just barely hit the cabinet across from them so as to be unable to get the shelves in and out for my desired positioning. I'm stuck with the factory settings, that are ok but not what I would have liked for my convenience.

This is a nice size refrigerator with a top freezer. There is plenty of storage in both compartments. The assembly was relatively easy with the directions. My only negative feedback is there could be a light in the freezer. Otherwise this is a nice unit and is an upgrade from our previously refrigerator.

While there was one missing shelf that took several weeks to be replaced, the unit operates efficiently and quietly. We think that it ought to have had one more drawer or smaller shelf, and the fact that the door must be opened well beyond 90 degrees in order to open the nearest veggie bin ought be mentioned in the description. It's a problem.

This new fridge fits in nicely in my kitchen. Like that it's fingerprint proof and that the drawer on the shelf moves side to side. Lots of room in the freezer. Better than the old bottom freezer I had.

Freezer section is to large, causing the refrigerator shelves to be very low. When you bend down to get something out of the frig you need to be careful not to hit your head on the freezer door. Kinda sorry I bought this unit.

Top freezer refrigerator is elegantly and efficiently cooling. We also like the spaciousness for our groceries, fresh produce, meats, and everything, else. Only one thing, the bottom drawers are too low closed to the ground. Maybe next purchase we'll choose the freezer in the bottom of the refrigerator. Thank you, GE!

I wanted a refrigerator with lots of room and great quality, i have never had GE appliances before, so i ordered this 21.9 cf stainless steel and arrived on time may 4th, 2022 , it would have been nicer if the delivery guys had used bathroom somewhere else instead of asking for mine. One of them didn't even want to put the handle on, saying we are not allowed, i told him , well i thought you guys are supposed to do that , so he put the handle on, and he didn't even bother to level the refrigerator, i had to ask my friend to hold the crow bar so i could adjust it. Overall it is working fine and i plan to add the 3 year warranty after the free one year expires. It has plenty of room and i am hoping it works for 20 years b/c some of the reviews i read was mentioned their GE refrigerator has been working for 25 years but they just needed a newer type , and that attracted me more toward GE .
I am leaving the duel control knob on recommended settings and hope for the best.

WE'LL SEE HOW IT GOES. THE UNIT ARRIVED FOR DELIVERY AND FREEZER DOOR WAS NOT FLUSH WITH REFRIGERATOR DOOR. INSTALLER SAID IT APPEARS TO BE A FACTORY ISSUE IN PACKING UNIT WHEREBY MAGNETIC SEALER MAY HAVE BEEN COMPRESSED. INSTALLER SAID HE WOULD INITIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION WITH MANUFACTURER(GE). NOT SURE I'D RECOMMEND PRODUCT. WE'LL SEE IF GE REPAIR SERVICES CAN GET IT FIXED.

I decided to stick with a top-freezer model as they seem most practical (at least, for my purposes), and I'm glad I went with this one. The design is eminently sensible (I'm able to make good use of all the space inside); it seems quiet to me; and it has a stately, impressive presence in my kitchen. We have had this new fridge for about a month now. It does look nice but very disappointed with how noisy it is. It runs almost all day and I can hear it 4 rooms away. I do have an appt this week with a GE Tech. I am hoping this is abnormal noise and can be fixed. I am also disappointed that there is no freezer light. There is more freezer and less fridge than prior Amana. I need to squat lower now to get into fridge. We bought a GE stove, range hood and dishwasher as well. Very happy with those. Just not the fridge. Hope a repair will reduce the noise.
