Greatly needed product

Just bought and set up. Easily done. Best for me was a hole in the wall for vent and constant drain. A little louder than I thought it would be but not bad. That is the reason for four stars.

Complete garbage - Lasted only 2 months.

The unit only last 2 months before the compressor stopped working. Unit is LOUD when running. The remote is just lacking functionality. Called the warranty department, and was just transferred around. Ended up getting no help.
