The fridge was too small so we sold it. I got an email indicating my water filter subscription was coming up and it could change it. It took 5 hours of phone calls and I was finally told it was cancelled. It was not, the filter came and my account was charged. I am now holding again, and have been for over an hour just today. It has to be done, so I don't keep getting water filters or paying for them. The customer service is a joke. For this reason alone I would not buy another Frigidaire. Note: I was just disconnected, after being transferred 3 times, as they cannot take my call right no, after being on hold for over an hour.

I took delivery of my new side by side refrigerator over a month ago and I still do not have a working water dispenser and ice maker. Technician has been out twice and it is still not repaired. I spent over $1,200 for a refrigerator that did not properly work brand new from the store. Consider going with a different manufacture.

I bought a newly built house within the last year with this appliance and several other Frigidaire appliances in the house. Had several issues and I™™ve been unable to get in contact with Frigidaire and my zip code is apparently not in their service yet, I™™ve had a tech out to my house twice since moving in. Needless to say, my fridge randomly stopped cooling today and I™™ve been trying to get in touch ever since to no avail. Hoping that they will reach out as the product is still within warranty. Also had an appt to replace the ice maker as there is a recall and the company that they scheduled to do the work called me the day before to cancel because they ™don™™t go by Frigidaire™™s scheduling™ which seems like yet another problem with Frigidaire™™s customer service.

Bought a new home and the came with it. Even before we moved in we found out it leaked. Finally, after a number of phone calls, a technician came out on November 17 and figured out what part it needed. He said the part was available locally. And that was it, haven't heard from anyone since then. Finally got a number of a lady at Frigidaire that was asked to call me a number of times and she has never called me. I have left 2 messages for her. This is turning into a joke now. Also, I looked it up online and it has been discontinued, this is brand new, and it has been discontinued, that doesn't make sense to me. I will never own a Frigidaire again.

This fridge works great! The only issue I have is that I think it should have either a third drawer or another shelf. The lower shelf has this giant space that gets wasted because it is so tall. Also the fridge in parts freezes things even if it™™s turned all the way to the lowest setting. Otherwise this fridge is amazing.

Fridge is nice looking and options are easy to use. The fridge was purchased 2 months ago and the ice maker did not function from day one. Warranty covers a service tech to come out and repair. The repair service was booked 1 month out from calling several time to finally get a scheduled date that you use a app to schedule. The repair service canceled on service date do to response that they did not have a service tech available in my area. I have to reschedule. Now waiting another month for service I™™m not even sure will happen. Also the fridge is now dripping water at the ice cube door area. Condensation has formed on inside of door on freezer. Not happy with this fridge as of today. Have no confidence in the service repair company. I also purchased a dishwasher & oven from Fridgidaire and am very happy with them. Not sure what™™s up with this model fridge. At this point would just like a different fridge.

Absolutely the best one we have owned. It is very space conscious while providing the most use of interior storage. As a guy I can now find where the milk is and not have look all over and move things around. Best use of space inside of all the refrigerators we have owned. Makes my wife happier which is the key. Bad fridge that freezes your food and after 6 months stopped cooling. Frigidaire said bad circuit panel but broke on the 1st and they are ordering parts to come back on the 29th. But may be delayed more. I am almost one month with no fridge or freezer and all my food went bad. NOT HAPPY

From the start, this refrigerator has given us trouble. We have to push the door in to get the ice dispenser to work. We get repeated notifications that the fridge has lost power when it hasn™™t. The ice maker is incredibly slow- in the morning when I fill up my kids™™ water bottles for school, I usually run out of ice for my cup of water. Expecting a Pugh ice for 5 people is not unreasonable.

The refrigerator is working at the minimums. Minimum lighting, come on LED™™s are cheap. I have to have the refrigerator set at it™™s lowest setting for low 40 degrees. The water comes out of my kitchen faucet colder than the water dispenser in the refrigerator door. Would I buy this refrigerator again, NO. I am sure I will have to replace this one in less than 5 years. Then, I think I will just get a cheap Top Freezer.

It's June 2022 and we are waiting on our 3rd ice maker and the fan or something is accelerating from the fridge that it sounds like it's going to blow up. I hate my Frigidaire refrigerator so far. I just purchased it in March 2022. I have emailed you 2 or 3 times and had a repair guy tell me there is nothing he can do. The ice maker is so loud, it grinds and makes a cranking sound over and over whether it dumps ice or not. According to the repair guy it™™s a product, brand issue. What?! I bought this fridge in October of 2022. It is inexpensive and small but it does a great job until you hit the 6 month point and water filter wears out. That is when the challenge of finding one becomes begins. I've visited, Lowes, Home Depot and Amazon (ordered the wrong one with them) in hopes of finding one only to learn that this particular filter has been replaced by another, which happens to be on backorder by everyone. Frigidaire's website wasn't much help but I finally found them on a hinky looking website that uses PayPal. Fingers crossed. Except for the hunt for a water filter, Its a good fridge. I'd buy another.

My new fridge is wonderful. I love the square doors. It really looks good. At first I didn't know why the motor ran as much as it did. But I read that it ran for a reason, so now I don't notice it as much. It is a lot smaller than the last Fridgdaire that I had but it is big enough. Love it.
