I really like my washer dryer combo. It leaves plenty of space for storage and does a great job washing. The only problem is that after just a few dryer loads the dryer started to make a scraping sound. I have contacted Frigidaire and hopefully will have the issue fixed soon.

I purchased this stacker unit from Ray's in Coldwater Ohio while I was working locally. If you don't support your local retailers there won't be anymore! They gave me a great deal only slightly higher than the big box store. So I brought this back home and installed it in a house I am remodeling and I love it!. It easily handles very dirty work clothes, is quiet and holds a lot more than I expected. It matches my Fridgidare refridgerator which is closeby.

Love so many options. Washer does exceptionally well with lots of water movement... The dryer, well, could have a better lint catcher, yet all cycles do as they are intended, not like most other dryers that barely have a temp difference.

Have had service come out at least 7x since purchased one year ago. Hard to get a hold of customer service takes days for service to come usually back a few weeks later when dryer breaks down again. In the process of submitting formal complaint for 2nd time and asking for replacement although at this point suggest just getting my money back and moving on.

Customer service issue!! Made a repair service appointment. Received a text notifying me the technician was on there way. Waited 4 hours. Received no notification. Called the customer support which connected me to the Philippines. They didn™™t have the tech™™s number, only the customer support number and told me to wait. I™™ve waited 8 hrs and still nothing. When I called back to complain they said, the offices were closed and asked if I wanted to reschedule. How does this company operate? First time purchasing a product from this company. Other brands offer much better service for the same price. Buyers beware!!!
