You can't do light loads I put in a set of sheets and it will stop at spinning and will not continue. I had a service man come out and look at it and was told to add more clothes. I paid a lot of money for this unit and I should be able to do light and heavy loads. Not really satisfied. Then when you call or try to email the website is so lame can't do a complete email. Even writing this review a black box comes up with guidelines and won't disappear when you are typing...You need an IT person. Anyway recommend another brand unless you have a large family and a lot of laundry!

The machine was delivered with a faulty control panel and is not functioning properly. It took a week to get a technician out to diagnose it, and now I have been waiting over a week since the diagnosis for them to locate the necessary part. Was just informed it has been on backorder for over a year. They won't replace the machine yet though, they want to keep searching for the part. Meanwhile my tenants have been without laundry for close to four weeks. Very disappointing.

I got this about a month ago and we are very happy with it, love how it fits in our apartment. Would definitely recommend this to anyone very efficient machine. It washes well I wash almost daily family of 6 lots of loads and so far so good. Noise is not too loud and dryer is fast and efficient

We purchased a laundry center because we needed a stacked washer/dryer and my wife was tired of unloading our previous washer which was a front loader. My wife likes the top loading washer.We didn't realize until we started using it that it doesn't have a fabric softener dispenser. My mistake, I just assumed that modern washers would include that feature.

This unit was a substitute for a previously ordered different model that arrived damaged. This was an upgrade but there seems to be issues with the "Lint" alarm going off. I had the dryer vent cleaned out when I moved in just prior to receiving this unit so I KNOW it is not my vent. I cannot do more than one load without waiting several hours without that darn lint alarm going off every 5 minutes. Hopefully I won't have to make a service call with only having this unit a month.

Unit was delivered on 5/28. We dried one load of clothes and dryer would not turn on again. After waiting over a week, the repair service came out and told us that the belt came off during delivery. We dried 2 loads of clothes and the dryer would not turn on again. We are waiting for the repair service again. We contacted Airport Appliance and asked them to come get this unit and give us one that worked. They said this was the last one in stock and they did not know when they would have another one. We had no choice but to have it repaired. Lets hope it will be repaired this afternoon. Dirty laundry is piling up everywhere.

Bought it a month ago. It's great with large loads of clothing or towels. For some reason though, it seems to have trouble with blankets, sheets and rugs. I have tried smaller loads, only one blanket at a time, or only 2 small rugs, and it still gets an unbalanced load. I wind up having to remove an item or two, hand wring them out, and then do a spin and rinse only cycle. Kind of a pain in the butt. The dryer works great though.

We bought this center because we liked our other 2 units we had in the past.But this unit is very loud and sounds like it is falling apart every time the washer is running. Had a factory authorized service man come out to check it. He did not know how to remove the agitator. So he did not do it. After hearing all the noises with the washer his statement was " This unit it a little louder than normal, but it is because it is not in a closet and unit is sitting on a hard wood floor. His suggestion was to buy a rug and put it under the unit to see if it would quit the noise? And guess what, that was not the answer.The dryer is ok, but the timer is not accurate and there is not a light on the inside. There is a whole where one should be. I asked about it and service man said that they discontinued with lighting the inside of the dryer drum. The panel is generic and used in other models where lighting is still used. Needless to say this is my last unit from Frigidaire. Was a faithful customer for over 35 years.

I replaced my previous washer/drier combo of the same kind with this updated model. This is quieter and make of higher quality materials, such as a metal washer drum. The washer is more efficient and spins out much more water than the previous model. The digital controls are nice, but I don't like that the wash size and temperate reset after every wash. I also don't like that the water doesn't fill when you have the lid open - because it's nice to be able to rinse the liquid detergent cup in the water as it fills the drum. But that's not a big deal. This is quieter than the previous model and modes around less. The drier is very efficient and fast. It would be nice if there was a silent setting so it would not beep, but there is none that I have found.

I recently just bought my new washer/dryer combo and there's a few things not right with it. A couple of the buttons are in the wrong places. I know it's not too big of a deal but for all the money I spent I expect it to be pretty close to perfect. The washer makes a big banging noise when in rinsing. I had to call a tech to look at it after only having it for a few weeks. Then he said it's suppose to make that noise. I don't think so.

First load, would not stop the spin cycle, had to turn off the breaker. Put that first load into the dryer. About ten minutes into the cycle, the control lights started flashing and the top light started flashing red. It was picked up and replaced the next day, with another brand.

I bought this washer and dryer combo in August of 2019 (9 months ago) and have run into the same problem multiple times. I have had one of their service providers come to my house 3 different times now for the same issue with the dryer not getting enough combustion air. They tell me it is an issue behind the wall and I need to get it cleaned and they are responsible. I had sent a professional to clean the entire dryer vent from behind the walls ($325). He mentioned it wasn't super clean, but that it definitely wasn't the problem on why the dryer wasn't working. Two months later I ran into the exact issue. The frustrating thing is that I have had other machines previously and had never ran into that issue once. And now that I have this machine, I have had this issue three times in nine months and can't even dry my clothes. I am concerned Frididaire will not address this issue and continue to pass it on until my year warranty is up. I would not recommend this product and would go back to my previous machines from a competitor if I could.
