We got this freezer because our old one wasn't large enough. This one is just the right size. Fits great in the space available and holds more food. We especially liked that it has caster wheels on it to clean behind and underneath it.

I bought this chest freezer about a month ago. I am so happy with it! My most favorite accessory are the wheels it came with. Makes it so easy to move. Also, I love that it has a light on the outside so I know it's still working. The light on the inside is nice and bright. Makes it easy to see what's inside!

Our family invested in this freezer to be able to buy bulk items to protect our grocery supply during the pandemic. We shop once a month limiting our exposure while shopping and stock up on all the chicken, turkey, and frozen vegetables. This freezer fits well within the garage space available.

Finally got product after waiting 6 months, nice to have green function light on front of lid. Froze up quickly. Came with only one basket, need at least two. Having difficulty finding another one that will fit.

We were happy to find a freezer after our 19 year old Kenmore quit on us. Checked several stores and nothing but of brands were available. Discovered a small local store that had a Frigidaire in stock. Just what we were looking for. So far has been very satisfactory. Was up to freezing temp. very quickly and we lost no food. A very good feature of this freezer is the rollers that came with it and which we installed prior to plugging it in. Followed the clear instruction and has worked well.

two people need access to this freezer when I found there are only two keys I called Frigidaire and they said that although they'll be a whole run of freezers with the same key there are no replacement keys or can't order extra keys.....however for 47$ I could buy an entire lock set up which will come ---with just two keys. No key or locksmith place could duplicate the keys so I've never been able to lock it ---been afraid to lock it in case one key gets lost. A locksmith was visiting to re-key some other area locks and I asked him about it and he said I could put a separate lock .., I was fooling with it try to get an idea how easy or hard this would be and I used the key to Lock it and then I unlocked it and the next time I went to open the freezer I couldn't get it open. I was able to unlock it again.,..I could open the door once the next time I couldn't open it again. I went to the on line manual and see if there's some special thing you have to do .I have now spent an hour trying to look through the specifications for some thing about this . I also see online that you can get extra keys for freezers however you have to know the number of the key . Is the number of the key in the specifications - No. I'm so looking forward to trying to call Frigidaire tomorrow because this freezer was delivered March 19 - at start of Covid --Then it took me four phone calls because I was dropped three times after being on hold for more than 20 minutes. In the meantime I've received three request to extend the warranty but not one answer to two previous emails to the company

Easy to organize and find items a defrost drain for easy cleaning, adjustable leveling legs. The temperature control panel is easy to read and use love the power-on indicator light. Highly recommend purchasing this freezer.

We bought this freezer to replace a smaller Frigidaire that we had purchased 11 years ago (by the way, still working great). We keep the freezer in our garage, which is neither heated nor cooled. It is used for food we have grown, so it is very important to us. We added a wireless temperature sensor inside the freezer for monitoring. This freezer keeps temperature constantly within a couple of degrees of setting and is very quiet in it's operation. We are looking forward to many years of dependable service.

I bought this approx. 4 months ago. It doesn't come with the wheels attached so make sure you have someone available to help you attach them. The freezer is fairly light though, so I was able to just prop the freezer up and screw them on myself. The door seals very well and the lid isn't super heavy so there's little fear of having your fingers crushed.

This 12.8 CU FT freezer is 15 months old and appears to be losing its ability to stay cold. On maximum cold setting it used to be able to sustain -10 degrees F. Recently I noticed a number of items placed in the unit were not frozen solid after a day. We defrosted the freezer - which didn't seem necessary since it was only minor. Now the freezer cannot reach 0 degrees. This is the 2nd Frigidaire freezer in less than 4 years to start failing just after warranty expired.

Decided to go ahead and purchase a new freezer even though my old one was still working. Old freezer was 40 years old. Didn't want to chance loosing the food.Love the new unit. Freezer has tight closure. My old unit had no light. Love the light.I made a divider to be placed in the middle. Vegetables on the left and meats on the right. Also love the wheels. Can be moved easily if required.
